Prosecution requests that bail be set in the amount of $400,000 with the following standard conditions:
1) Abstaining from the consumption of drugs and alcohol
2) Cannot commit a misdemeanor or felony
3) Cannot possess on their person, deadly weapons or firearms
4) Subject to a frisk during a legal detainment
5) Must make their phone number and address available to the court during the bail process
6) No contact with the victim or adverse witnesses
