Unlawful Firearms and Controlled Dangerous Substances
Probable Cause:
Sergeant Arthur Sharpe, during the arrest of Jackson Eve-Khalinski noted him to be in possession of a boosted vehicle key that returned to a Journey Van stored at the Diamond Casino. Because this vehicle is not registered to Jackson Eve-Khalinski and in fact inherently registered as stolen, Sergeant Sharpe confiscated the boosted vehicle key and travelled to the Diamond Casino. Said vehicle stuck out to Sergeant Sharpe as a comparable vehicle make and model to one that is used to manufacture Meth Amphetamine. Sergeant Sharpe documented the contents of said vehicle and found the following:
Multiple Containers of Acetone
Multiple Packs of Cold Medicine
An Installed specialist oven frequently used in the production of Meth Amphetamine.
Sergeant Sharpe has excessive familiarity with the Production of Meth Amphetamine and is considered an expert witness in such regards. During the arrest of Jackson Eve-Khalinski Sergeant Sharpe noted that said individual was in possession of said boosted vehicle key stored in a key ring along with his other vehicles. Jackson Eve-Khalinski has a criminal history for possession and sale of controlled dangerous substances as outlined below. Based on the balance of probabilities Sergeant Sharpe believes that, based on the evident mens rea of having meth production ingredients, along with an altered oven within a boosted Journey Van stored alongside keys for his other vehicles, alongside prior charges for criminal possession of both controlled dangerous substances and unlawful firearms that it is HIGHLY likely that Jackson Eve-Khalinski is using his vehicles to store the product of Meth Amphetamine production.
Jackson Eve-Khalinski has a violent history of attacks on Law Enforcement and was arrested during said unprovoked attack on Law Enforcement at the Clinton Avenue Gas Station. Jackson Eve-Khalinski appears to have no properties registered to his person yet is frequently arrested for sale and possession of both narcotics and unlawful firearms. It is highly likely that Jackson Eve-Khalinski is storing further weaponry in the storage devices (Vehicles and/or Hotel Room) that he has access to.
