Magistrate HC Nym Shaw Ruling
Today, we brought up a case of an individual who wanted to be cool and earn style points by getting atop a BCSO vehicle. Doing this to property that is not yours is unacceptable, as even getting on a car can lead to damage. In this case, the defendant claimed to have intended to step on a cockroach. No evidence was proven aside from the defendant’s own words. We do not believe this suffices as he still got on top of the vehicle. Officers also observed the individual break out of cuffs multiple times, making the arrest difficult. I will find Liberty Bear GUILTY on all charges.
Liberty Bear was also given x10 Contempt and x1 Criminal Threats due to behavior after the verdict was read.
