[deleted] Your honor, it has come to my attention that I am the one listed as the arresting officer, I would like to formally state here that it was not myself who arrested Jogdan but another ranger, I was just scene lead and read charges before sending them off with DOC.

In regards to this case, I wish to notify the court that I recieved a message from Jogdan that he has been deported to his home country to serve his jail time there and will not be returning to the state of los santos.
