Explosives and/or manufactured weaponry.
Probable Cause:
On the 11th of August 2025 Kayse Morgan was arrested on a HUT charge for Terrorism based on the attached and understated evidence.
On the 9th of August 2025 Kayse Morgan did knowingly engage in terroristic acts by detonating bombs manufactured within the scrapyard on South Arsenal Street at the site of BCSO South (Formerly Davis PD) and BCSO Sandy Shores. Individuals then threatened BCSO Harmony with a third explosive device to which she extorted the release of Georgia Ham's car (A Sentinel Classic modified to function as an LEO vehicle) as leverage to not destroy BCSO Harmony with aforementioned explosive.
Kayse Morgan was arrested on the 11th while driving a vehicle fresh from the set of Mad Max Fury Road. Said vehicle was manufactured and modified with flamethrowers, spikes etc making it closer to a weapon of war than a method of transportation. Kayse Morgan had previously stated to Officer Belle Gray of the LSPD that their group did not 'plan to go down without a fight'. Kayse Morgan wilfully used the flamethrowers attached to her vehicle, henceforth referred to as a 'War Rig'. Two Deputies were incapacitated by said weaponry and another was injured, though Kayse Morgan was incapacitated by LEO gunfire. On her search incident to arrest, Kayse Morgan, while actively in possession of said War Rig which at the time returned to her (said vehicle registration has subsequently fully disappeared from any lawful Government documentation - it is unknown as to why) Kayse Morgan was found to be in possession of both a molotov cocktail and a hand grenade.
Undersheriff Sharpe of the BCSO believes that the BALANCE OF PROBABILITIES serves to suggest that Kayse Morgan is either stockpiling and/or manufacturing explosive devices within ths Scrapyard she owns or the multiple vehicles within her possession.
