Unlawful Weaponry and/or Explosives along with articles to assist in the production thereof.
Probable Cause:
During the Lawful Search of the Scrapyard on South Arsenal Street on the 14th of August 2025 Sheriff Arthur Sharpe, alongside Deputies of the Blaine County Sheriffs Office and San Andreas Park Rangers located several weapons that returned to one Victory Shields. Deputies also located a Bravado Youga Custom with the VIN 6806 returning to Victory Shields parked within the internal parking lot, behind two locked gates, that also returned to Victory Shields.
Victory Shields is a known associate of Kayse Morgan et al and actively displays her allegiance to The Rejects on LifeInvader and during criminal associations. Sheriff Sharpe, on further inspection of all documentation pertaining to Victory Shields duly notes that the following is evident:
Victory Shields has known affiliations with the group known as The Rejects.
Victory Shields had clear access to restricted areas within the Rejects Scrapyard, her vehicle was parked behind two locked gates.
Victory Shields' firearms were located in and around containers within locked areas of the Rejects Scrapyard, none of these firearms were reported as stolen. Additionally, one of these firearms was unlawfully modified with an extended magazine.
Victory Shields has been arrested alongside Kayse Morgan before on the 4th of July for accomplice to Torture. Displaying violent tendencies.
Victory Shields is the owner of the Vanilla Unicorn Strip Club, she actively employs multiple members of the Rejects inclusive of Kayse Morgan, Ardy Emmer, Kelby Urban.
Given the prevalent vehicle sharing occuring within the Rejects Compound and Victory Shields' obvious affinity with The Rejects, Sheriff Arthur Sharpe believes that the BALANCE OF PROBABILITIES indicates the high likelihood that Victory Shields' vehicles are being used to transport and/or assist in the creation of weaponry and explosive devices.
