Verdict: GUILTY on ALL CHARGES
Mr. Stechner attempted to take the stand in his own defense and claim an affirmative defense. Despite best efforts of counsel Keisha Becky, Mr Stechner did not provide any valid legal arguments for his reasoning that his actions should be considered lawful. It is further noted that the court does not appreciate taking the stand in your own defense, then later invoking the fifth, when guilt or innocence hinged on your testimony as the only witness for the defense.
