Mr. Theinfidel came to court today to get in front of a judge so he could argue that his weapons license was revoked incorrectly. Judge Luna explained to Mr. Theinfidel that this is NOT the venue for arguing about his weapons license. He put in a plea of guilty to both charges, but then changed it to "not guilty" so that he could talk about the weapons license. Again, it was explained that if he felt like his civil rights were violated, that he needs to sue civilly. Mr. Theinfidel then changed his pleas again, which were accepted by the Bench. At this time, Judge Luna issued 2x contempt of court for fine only for wasting the court's time.
