Narrative:
I was on patrol. I was doubled up with Alexis Riley patrolling around the city looking for crime, and I noticed six or seven of them parked illegally on the sidewalk outside the Lost MC Compound. I thought "That's a lot of illegally parked bikes, so we shoudl ticket them." We pulled up and initially no one was around and we inspected the bikes and then a crowd of people wearing Lost MC Kuttes climbed over the walls of the compound and onto the sidewalk. Sydney was one of them in this group and they surrounded us and asked what we were doing. We said we were going to ticket the bikes because they were illegally parked. Some of them got agitated and heated and they escalated and were using bad words like "fuck" - gasp. One of them who seemed to be a ring leader said to go back to our jobs somewhere in the city. I informed them this is my job. Several members in the group pulled out guns and started shooting. I returned fire and they shot me down.

J Yes. I would say they were trying to intimidate me to leave?

Sydney Jones
Judge informed him of his fifth amendment rights.
D What made your day not great?
Syd I got arrested for a crime I didn't commit.
D Can you tell me more about that?
S Yes, I was meeting friends in Mirror Park. WE lost our keys because Derek hadn't been around in awhile, so we tried to get ahold of him. We parked our bikes. WE approached to see what was going on. Two deputies showed up, we walked up to them to see what was going on, to which they said they were going to ticket the bikes. During which time, some of the others were arguing with them, but at some point during that conversation. The deputy with the eyepatch turned to me and asked why we hadn't parked inside the compound. Which is when one of the things I said was that we had lost our keys. After that, I don't know what happened after that bc I had to step away from the huddle to take a phone call. When I turned around to go back, people were being shot at, and I put my hands up and was put in cuffs and they said I was obstructing.
D Did you say anything else to her?
S I only answered questions she asked.
D Would you say you were in deputies personal space
S she said I was too close behind her, so we both took steps away from each other, but aside that, no.
D Were you employed by Gruppe Six, contracted to performed security tasks at the hospital?
S How did you happen to be in possession of the badge?
D I was told to get one when I was employed by Groupe 6
S Where did you get it?
D The courthouse
S Were you told you were fired from the org?
D Nope.
S Can you tell me the org name on the badge?
D SAMS
S Are you part of SAMS
D No.
S Are you ware that the badge you have is expired?
D No.
S DO you have any other equipment given to you by the state when you were part of SAMS?
D No.
S If you were given equipment from SAMS, do you believe you should keep it?
D I don't understand.
S If you were a paramedic and you were given bandages by the state, do you believe that you can keep those bandages if you are no longer part of SAMS?
D Yeah, I guess in your example. I think. I am not sure. I would assume so.
S SO you would assume you would keep them?
D NO, I assume I would give them back. I don't know how that works. (Were you previously employed by SAMS?, Did you return your other equipment? Were you instructed to return that equipment?)
