Your honor, Wyatt Turner here I am sorry to hear you got caught up with medical things and hope its not too serious, in all honesty, you didn't miss much at all. In fact, no one else attended, and I was alone in the courtroom for an hour.

I would like to request the position of second chair for the defence along side @James Price , but I am unsure if I can do so without a BAR.

Also to Mr @Longstreet I am more than happy to attempt to settle out of court.

I do apologise if I am overstepping here, and accept any punishment given.

I'm more than happy for this to be setteled outside of court between @James Price and @Longstreet due to the shedules not aliging fully and if a settelment can't be agreed upon we can move this to summary judgment instead.
