I would like to mention that we have Open Court at 8PM EST on Tuesdays & Saturdays, and this could be a good one to bring to it if all parties are available.

@District Attorneys @Court Clerks

Since this has been on the docket for 24 days and I am the only one who has filled out availability, I will do a Summary Trial. Both parties will have until 05/14/2025 (Wednesday) to submit any legal arguments and affidavits of narrative testimony if they choose to. Any affidavits must be done in front of a Court Clerk to be verified and notarized by them. The notary fee will, of course, be waived for these. I will announce my verdict on the following Thursday.

After reviewing the evidence and the very well put together argument submitted by the state, I have come to a conclusion. Although Attorneys are paid by the state, they are NOT Government Employees. They are contractors that are part of the San Andreas Bar Association and get paid for their services they provide to the public on a literal case-by-case basis. A good argument could have been made when Attorneys were paid hourly by the state, but since they are paid per case, I cannot consider them an Official Government Employee.

Obviously, there are a whole host of issues with people attempting to act as attorneys while unlicensed, which is why members of the Department of Justice have been working hard on changes to our penal code, which will include new laws to target these sorts of situations.

Not Guilty of Impersonation of a Gov. Official

To the District Attorneys, please ensure Mr. Larox is reimbursed by the LSPD.
$21,550 for the charge of Impersonation of a Gov. Official
$450 for the time spent in prison. ($10/Month for 45 Months)
Total: $22,000
