Probable Cause:
I, Deputy Arthur Sharpe, during the commencement and daily commission of my duties as a Law Enforcement Officer for the Blaine County Sheriffs Office arrested one Joseph King at the red garage on San Andreas cross with Vespucci Boulevard. Joseph King failed to obey lawful orders to leave a scene and subsequently resisted arrest by breaking handcuffs. Joseph King was found with an unlawful Revolver on his person with a scratched off serial number. On further investigation it is clear that this unlawful possession is a pattern of behaviour for Joseph King based on the following arrests:
Charge 23344: 1x Gock 45 marked with 'G' - No serial.
Charge 19693: 1x Heavy Revolver MK2 - No serial.
Charge 18836: 1x Heavy Pistol - No serial.
Charge 17830: 1x Heavy Pistol - No serial.
These arrests, over the course of the previous month, demonstrate a constant capacity to access and otherwise store firearms. As such, Deputy Arthur Sharpe hereby wishes to apply for a search warrant of the property of Floor 495, Room 4 of the Mall of San Andreas. It is evident that Joseph King is exhibiting a clear pattern of behavior with regards to storing unlawful, VIN-scratched firearms and is likely to be storing them in his hotel room given the lack of other properties or vehicles on his record.
