Probable Cause:
I, Deputy Arthur Sharpe, during the commencement and daily commission of my duties as a Law Enforcement Officer for the Blaine County Sheriffs Office arrested one Joseph King enacted a lawful search warrant signed by one Magistrate Theodore Lars. Deputy Sharpe searched the hotel room of one Joseph King and found 3x Class 1 Pistols and 1x bag of Cosmic Stardust within said safe. It is notable that the suspect, Joseph King, also stored spare keys for his vehicle a Vapid Riata Retro, within the safe. This vehicle is parked at the Eclipse Boulevard Parking Lot, a public parking garage.
As such, Deputy Sharpe provides the undersigned evidence and files a further search warrant for the vehicle of Joseph King. It is evident by the belongings found within the hotel room that Joseph King is actively storing firearms and narcotics within his personal property and it is more than reasonable to suggest this extends to his readily available vehicles.
