SEARCH AND SEIZURE WARRANT
To the State of San Andreas Judiciary
Applicant
Department: BSCO
Name: Louis Bloom
Locations to be Searched
Pop's Diner
Daisy Wilson
Items to be Searched for and Seized:
Hospital Equipment/Medical Equipment
Human Body Parts
Weaponry
Marijuana/Drug Paraphernalia
Probable Cause:
Sgt. Bloom received information about an officer in distress that was locked inside of Eclipse Towers in Daisy Wilson's room. After arriving to Eclipse Apartment Room 092, Bloom and fellow deputies announced their presence and did a welfare check. Several voices were heard inside the room. These voices included Daisy Wilson who owned the apartment. Yelling from Deputy Saito was also heard as she was the one to inform dispatch of her distress and later confirmed via phone call from Bloom. The BCSO demanded that Daisy opens her door immediately. She disobeyed for a bit but eventually complied. When deputies entered, Daisy Wilson locked three of them inside and said that they were not allowed to leave. This was also locking Sergeant Bloom out of the apartment. Several individuals, totally to six (6) wanted to leave the apartment but were trapped there. Daisy broke out of cuffs and resisted officers. She was eventually recuffed and arrested. This arrest was brought to her employers who informed Bloom of her abnormal purchase history or supplies from the hospital. The Blaine County Sheriff's Office finds it more than reasonable to request access to her properties given she was running a private hospital out of her personally owned apartment in Eclipse Towers. The BCSO is requesting Night Search and Delayed Notice to the suspect, Daisy Wilson.
After an exigent search of the personal properties of Daisy Wilson, a few vials of blood, medical supplies, a missile, a marijuana cigarette were confiscated as well as medical research in her personal hospital that was in Eclipse Apartments. The Blaine County Sheriff's Office finds it more than reasonable to request the DOJ to allow Deputies to search Pop's Diner given it is owned, operated, and has already been confiscated once prior from Daisy Wilson. Ms. Wilson storing illegal items/medical equipment in her personal properties lends credence to there being more illegal items in storage of Pop's Diner
