At the front of the property, there is a sign saying to pay at the front desk, and at the front desk, we see some notes about a payment left. So it's reasonable to assume you could legally scrap in there. However, there are no trespassing signs around the property, and there is no record of this Chappy person or any registered owner of a business there to give permission. But you did leave a note of payment on the desk... But there aren't any actual records of a payment either, just the note. I don't know who put those signs up there, but to my knowledge, it was not by the owner. I would love to be able to have people scrap there, perhaps with a weekly or monthly permit, but as it currently stands, you are unable to be there at this time. Those scrap vehicles in there, while they may be rusty and broken down, are not your property, so that is vandalism along with theft for the materials you received from doing this. As for the illegal parking, you don't have permission to be there; that is not your property, so it is illegal parking. If you did find out who put those signs up there, you MAY be able to sue them for damages. Also, be aware, Mr.Seijuro, that you do NOT have a business license and have been saying you are operating under J.P. Electrical. The governor has recently signed a law for operating a Business without a License, but luckily for you, that is not in our system yet. Keep this in mind for the future.
Guilty on all charges.
