Guilty on All Charges
I can use my eyeballs, missiles are missiles. Drugs are drugs. Now, the defendant admitted the vials come from SAMS. She is not authorized, even as a doctor, to take biohazardous material to an unlicensed lab (her home). She can't keep them, she can't work outside of SAMS with her own practice that is not registered as a business or approved by SAMS, she can not just make a new hospital room and store hazardous SAMS materials. That is an illegal distribution of government equipment.
Even all her witnesses stated they gave blood to her, none of them admitted to authorizing for her to take them to her apartment.
The defense did not contest the search of property that gathered the evidence.
She also received 10x Contempt of Court.
