Tim Slim was found with 105 Grams of Cocaine on his person. Mr Slim was willing to accept a plea agreement for Drug Trafficking in leu of a Court Date.
Agreement:
Mr. Slim will be fined $25000 Dollars
Mr. Slim will spend 300 Months in Bolingbroke Penitentiary
Mr. Slim will receive 1 yr of State Monitored Probation immediately upon his release
Probation Requirements:
Mr Slim will be required to check in with his Probation Officer, Trooper Hunter Newman, during his probation and submit himself to a drug test. A failure on this drug test constitutes a failure of probation and Mr. Slim would be incarcerated for the remainder of his probation.
Mr. Slim will consume no Alcohol or Drugs during his probation
Mr. Slim will carry no Firearms or Melee Weapons (to include knives, machetes, bats, sledge hammers, or other items that could be used as a blunt instrument)
Mr. Slim will be subject to random searches of his person and properties during his time on probation
Mr. Slim will not commit any Felonies or Misdemeanors while on probation. Being arrested and charged with either, regardless of plea, will constitute a failure to meet probation requirements.
Mr. Slim will complete 1 Hour of community Service to be overseen by his Probation Officer Trooper Hunter Newman.
