The Relief shall be granted in-favor of the Plaintiff as follows -
Return of all cash found in Level 8 of Eclipse towers, #84, towards Mr. Halloway.
It is clear by the ruling of Hon. Lars and actions taken by Mr. Chill that these properties were rented both in-earnest and in falsehood. There has been no clear presentation that Mr. Halloway was a coconspirator to Mr. Chill's crimes in this matter and, as such, is a victim in the State's raid. While not illegal and what they did is correct, property must be returned.
That said -
No additional relief will be granted for this matter.
