@Hooker / Murdoch State showed up for the prior scheduled time. Not automatically finding guilt due to the circumstances, not your fault. (Old docket had us for today). Please make some Summary Arguments and I will make a ruling tomorrow based on summary arguments. I heard the states. We are using the Arrest Record, the Entered Arrest Record for Leo, and the Text Messages. No investigation record was entered by the state.

To be clear, I only heard 'What evidence is entered' and 'Just point out where in the Arrests it mentions why you charged him with this crime.' We did not do witnesses or any motions, just exactly what was on the Docket as this can not be continuance anymore. We are doing summary arguments .

Just a reminder @Hooker / Murdoch (Note for Judge Lars, Mr. Murdoch has been having issues getting into the docket, so he should be settled today or so).
