Probable Cause:
[Narrative Debrief: I, Cadet Back Shots was answering to a dispatch call from Brittany Hilton about a man they had wanted to be Trespassed. I made my way down there and saw two individuals with flashlights. I made contact and asked them about 4-5 times very nicely to please leave; the overseer does not want you here. They didn't comply, so I went back to Brittany and asked her once more if she wanted them to be trespassed, she said yes. I went back into the room and told them one last time if they don't leave, they will be arrested for trespassing, they did not listen and said they had an ICBM missile pointed at the hospital waiting for someone to push the button. At this time, I said they were both under arrest for trespassing, and the tried to escape on foot, didn't get far as one of my other troopers tackled Ched to the ground and was cuffed; the other evaded in a stolen car and other officers took chase. I put him in my car and read him his rights, to which he said he understands, and made way to MRPD. Upon arriving, I fingerprinted him to make sure I got the right person, and it matched with this individual in the MDT. I searched him when we got inside and found a coke bottle containing 105 grams of coke in it, and a fentanyl bottle prescribed to a CHAD Chaddington (Not Ched, which is the suspect in custody) with 4 doses left containing 200grams in said bottle of fentanyl. at this time, I Told my superior trooper Newman, and we thought it was a good idea to bring him into interrogation. he was brought into interrogation, and we questioned him about the bottles. after multiple questions he said, "I'm assuming I'm getting raided, so I'll be going up for at least 4-5 HUT's" Leading us to believe he has weapons or other various items that garner more HUT's. . in his MDT he is also Affiliated with "Fentanyl Freelancers" gang - as of 03/21/25.
