Appeal Statement:
My client, Wilfred Alh-bert, formally appeals the charges brought against him by BCSO deputies. In addition to maintaining his Not Guilty plea, he is also seeking compensation for being wrongfully profiled and shot while unarmed and non-hostile.
There is no substantial evidence presented in the warrant or arrest report that links Mr. Alh-bert to the crimes in question. This lack of evidence not only supports his claim of innocence but also brings to light a gross abuse of power and negligence on the part of the deputies involved.
Mr. Alh-bert respectfully requests a full and fair review of all evidence, and that appropriate accountability measures be taken regarding the misconduct that occurred during his detainment and arrest.
