Investigation number#: 26191

Date of Incident: 4/19/2025
What they plead :Not Guilty
State what charge(s): 1x Theft of a Motor Vehicle, 2x Theft, 1x Evading, 1x Extortion, 1x Trespassing, 1x Kidnapping Gov. Employee, 1x imprisonments Gov. Employee, 2x Accessory, 2x Aggravated
Report is vague to the point of barely even being able to understand what happened. Nothing but a single statement that says Lillith Sideburn “Assisted”. The ONLY evidence submitted is photos of other individuals, and her legal possessions. The state failed to do any due diligence in stating the probable cause for each charge, or even properly documenting which charges the 4 modifiers are applied to.
The defence is contesting all charges on the grounds that no evidence has been provided to even show most of the crimes even happened, let alone tying Lillith to them.

At this point the defense is requesting that the judiciary find in favor of the defense as the state has had multiple weeks to respond and has utterly failed to do so. No one other than the defense has ever even bothered to fill out availability. @DOJ Judges

No. The Fact you tagged us twice in a 3 hour timespan we will not be granting the Motion for Default Judgement.

Hon. Madison Sparks will be presiding over this incredibly petty matter.

Notice of Entry

Morgan Luna-Schofield, District Attorney

Entering to inform the courts that I have reached out to @Marik Allen and @William Stout to see about any movement on this case, as I see there hasn't been any on behalf of the State. Deputy Stout was only just tagged in the matter, so I want to give him some time to check in. I will update as soon as I hear back from them. If I don't hear back from them in the next 24 hours, I will represent the State in this matter.

In the interest of time for scheduling, I want to tag @Jon OConnor into this docket as well, as a secondary officer and witness. I cannot find Deputy (I don't know his rank, so my apologies) Rick Bohannan's tag, though. They have both been provided with the scheduling link via text, as has the AO.

Notice of Entry (Again)

Morgan Luna-Schofield, District Attorney

Because I have not been able to contact @Marik Allen regarding his entering this docket, and that there's been no response from him in the past fifteen days, I will be entering on behalf of the State. The State apologizes for the delay.

I have filled out the scheduling link above.

The State is currently in talks with the AO and Secondary Deputies regarding this trial.
