Heyman Found Guilty of Hit and Run, Reckless Endangerment, and Driving without a License
Peggy and Dylan called as witnesses both were charged with Perjury at my recommendation
Peggy literally said Dylan was driving, then on cross said She Didn't Recall who was driving repeatedly after asserting the driver.
Dylan said he didn't recall who was driving while he was in the vehicle the whole time. Both witnesses called by the defense contradicted each other and the clear identification of the officer of who was actually driving (Heyman). The court had no choice but to find the testimony being changed by Peggy and contradicted testimony as perjury. They both knew better and were sworn in.
