Probable Cause:
on 25 APR 25 State Troopers responded to a Store Robbery on Clinton Ave. Units initiated a pursuit. The Pursuit ended at the Subway Entrance on San Andrea's across the Mall. Christopher Reeds was one of the suspects and ran into the Subway Entrance and hid inside. Troopers where chasing after another suspect when he attempted to step out to shoot them with a SMG when another Trooper saw him and was able to engage, downing him. Mr Weeds was found with a Serial Scratched Pistol MK2 and an Assault SMG as well as ammunition for both. Mr Weeds has been found with 7 Illegal firearms since the 17th of April. SASP is requesting to search all of Mr Weeds properties in an attempt to find where he is storing these illegal weapons.

Affidavit: Upon reviewing the evidence contained within the application itself and the supporting reports and evidence, in furtherance of the warrant application I submit the following in support.

Christopher Weeds has a longstanding history of serious violence against the State's law enforcement agencies. He has been in possession of seven illegal firearms in less than a nine-day span. He has shown on numerous occasions that he has the means to access high powered weaponry. The warrant application supplies a sufficient belief that he is storing these weapons either in his hotel or his vehicles. These weapons pose a detrimental risk to both the State's law enforcement agencies and the public at large.

I affirm under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

Given that Mr.Weeds has been found with illegal weaponry 5 times within a 9-day period, it is reasonable to assume that he is housing more unlawful weaponry in his cars or apartment. The court will order that Mr.Weeds must provide a keycard for his apartment.
