Statement of Claim:
On December 27th, my client was living his best life when a dastardly criminal stumbled upon him. Poor Jim BoB was pounced on like prey, shot with a shotgun, and robbed of his possessions! My client is a simple man, making his living building furniture for our great citizens, and should never be the victim of such senseless violence.
Following this ruthless attack, my client was taken to the hospital where he was treated for his wounds. At this point he additionally incurred medical expense as the result of the actions of Mr Legarski. Being shot by a shotgun could have easily ended my client's life, but he thankfully was able to hold on using his drive to help the people of our great state.
Jim BoB Steve deserves compensation for the violence he experienced this day, and as a result we bring this matter before the courts.
