Items to be Searched for and Seized: Any guns bought before his weapons license was seized.
Probable Cause:
Victor Jankowski Officer with the LSPD encountered Mr Stu Robinson at a clothing store robbery dispatch alert. Stu Robinson fled when confronted by by Officers trying to detain him for investigation. Robinson was apprehended following a police pursuit and foot chase where he was searched and found in possession of a firearm that was registered to him but not turned over when his weapons license was suspended on March 12th 2025. Since March 12th he has bought several flare guns from the gunstore as well as a few combat pistols bought just before his license was suspended that have not been turned over to the state and the state believes he is still in possession of.
