I need you to let me know what the intent of this subpoena is. You have it marked as "appeal" but then your reasoning is not for an appeal, it is for civil litigation.

Regardless, the report number you've provided is not the correct number.

I will have to let the second chair know what is going on. I only did what I was asked. I will see if the second chair would help get the infomation that is needed to file this case.

I have confirmed with another DA that the arrest record is 25684. We are subpoenaing this record for an appeal. Even if it was not for an appeal, it is not any of your business what we need this information for, and it is in fact the correct arrest report number. We are not required to inform you of our intent of what we need this information for, only that we need it for our client.

James Wagon Mr. Wagon, you are quite literally supposed to inform us of the intent of your request, as lawyers cannot just subpoena information without an affidavit as to why they wish to subpoena that information. We do not require a full affidavit in this jurisdiction, but we do require you to tell us the intent of your request -- that is why it is in the template. Morgan Luna-Schofield Since my last posting I have cleared it with a judge, in the state of San Andreas, upon arrest, citizens have the right to their arrest record and this right extends to their legal counsel. Moving forward, expect any subpoena requests from myself or any of my associates to have the "intent" area filled out with "client's right to information"

I am unsure why you felt the need to remind me of professional decorum on the docket, but I always appreciate such reminders, especially since I have been practicing out of state for the last two months.
