Hi Teomi, yes this is the right case. When I filed the appeal I had just spoken with the defendant and he wasn't sure exactly what had been charged. I think the alleged evidence tampering is what he thought had been charged as obstruction. No worries. (not sure if I tagged you properly when replying but we'll find out).
