Investigation 4996
The State is requesting the Seizure of Up-N-Atom due to the felony status and loss of business license of Pegasus Partridge, the co-owner of Up-N-Atom. The investigation above has images of ownership, vehicles, property location, and other important factors. We are willing to wait until if they appeal the Perjury decision before taking it from them.
As standard in our great city of Los Santos, felons are not allowed to own a business, and seizure of business happens when one of the owners have a felony. Only one of the owners need the felony for it to be seized.
