On January 27th, 2025, Plaintiff Gideon Strand was hit by a police car being driven by Defendant Officer Bradshaw of Defendant San Andreas State Police. The police vehicle that Officer Bradshaw was driving did not have lights or sirens on at the time Officer Bradshaw hit Plaintiff Gideon Strand.
Plaintiff Gideon Strand was a pedestrian and suffered severe and debilitating injuries that effected, and continue to effect, his life in serious ways. Gideon Strand has missed out on work, desired job opportunities, and has suffered quality-of-life-limiting effects while he goes through the healing process.
Plaintiff Gideon Strand is seeking recompense totaling $150,000 from Defendants San Andreas State Police and Officer Bradshaw.
