Probable Cause:
On May 6th, 2024, the Blaine County Sheriff's Office was conducting a public interview session at BSCO South. There was a large group of people lined up outside awaiting to bed interviewed when Chud Chaddington pulled up to the station in a stolen vehicle, denouncing and berating the hopeful applicants waiting their turn in line. Chud proclaimed that he had an explosive device and was going to blow everyone up. Mr. Chaddington was arrested for the stolen vehicle, and found to have an explosive device on his person at the time of his arrest. Following his release from Bolingbroke, he came back to BCSO South and threw another explosive device critically injuring 11 civilians.
The District Attorney Office was requested for assistance in the matter. Mr. Chaddington is a known violent and aggressive offender and proclaimed under Miranda that he has the means and the knowledge to acquire these devices. He has no registered vehicles in his name. We are seeking a search warrant for his hotel room in hopes of collecting illegal weaponry, including explosives.
