District Attorney Morgan Luna-Schofield requests the phone number or name of the owner of the Life Invader Account Air Glizzy.
Due to the following Probable Cause:
On 5/5/2025, Jacob Temple First called Morgan Luna-Schofield around 8am EST to ask her if her coffee shop would like to participate in his food delivery service called "Air Glizzy." He explained to her that he was using a stolen plane to fly food out to different businesses. Morgan Luna-Schofield checked First's profile and saw he does not have a pilot's license, which she informed him of, but he did not seem to care. He then asked her where she was and said he was flying over City Hall, then sent her pictures of him flying the plane over City Hall. On May 6, 2025, First was arrested for stealing an aircraft and using it to assist Abdul Al-Wahim in a chase from a robbery. During that time advising officers how to charge him, Morgan Luna-Schofield realized there was a Life Invader account called "Air Glizzy" with further pictures posted of the owner of this account in an aircraft or with an aircraft. One of these pictures was the same as one of the pictures that First sent Morgan Luna-Schofield in text messages. The State would like to request who the owner of the "Air Glizzy" account is, so that charges could possibly be pressed in the future.
