Evidence List:
All evidence for forensics can be found neatly in Investigation #5107, in short a pistol round casing had been found with Wingman Block's fingerprint on scene where officers and the civilian mentioned he was shooting from.
For Statements, they can be found below:
Leo Salvatore - Civilian on scene and rammed by Fall Guy and Wingman Block in a stolen Police cruiser:
"They (the officers on scene) tried pulling some people over on the jeep, but they didn't notice that they pit the shit out of me. So I ended up pitting them back, and then that's when they got agro on me, and I led them here to the garage.
I was just driving my car through the city and I pull up behind the, I guess, this stolen cop, this LSPD vehicle was stolen by whoever was driving that whoever was driving. I don't know if they noticed it or not, but they pissed the shit out of me
They ended up chasing me and I led them here. And I guess another police cruiser was already tailing them when they started chasing me and it ended here and it, the driver got out of the car, started shooting at the cops and then ran way. Wrong place, wrong time, basically. They stole my car They were chasing my Imperial cargo [J86157ES]. My name is Leo Salvatore, 100895. They stole it, so I don't know what there was nothing valuable in it to me. That's probably their getaway. You know? Yeah. So just for that car, you know, if it's me, if I get pulled over in it, I'll just say, you know, I'd reported it stolen, but I retrieved it."
Officer Statements:
Sr Officer Vinny Armani:
_I, Senior Officer Vinny Armani, responded with Rookie Bleu to the corner of San Andreas Ave and Peaceful St. to retrieve Officer Weiner who had his cruiser stolen. Upon arrival Officer Weiner stated that a person named Fall Guy had stolen his cruiser. We then went to the southside to look for the cruiser and found the cruiser on Elgin Ave. We chased the cruiser for some time however lost the cruiser. We then regained visual of the cruiser pulling into Davis Parking Garage. As we entered the garage a person in a orange jumpsuit jumped out of the driver seat of the cruiser and a person in a multi colored rainbow hoodie jumped out of the passenger seat. They then both pointed guns at a driver of a van inside of the garage and were screaming for him to get out of the car.
At that time we then ordered both suspects to drop their weapons, they did not and turned around and stated shooting at us. The suspect in the orange jumpsuit was then shot by myself and the other suspect then shot me from the north side of the car incapacitating me.
After treatment at Pillbox, myself and Officer Weiner were taken back to the scene at Davis garage. Officer Weiner stated to me that he had been shot in the head but was okay as he was talking he then collapsed. I checked Officer weiners pulse, it was absent. CPR was then started, TACMED stated that they were unable to respond. We then self transported Officer Weiner to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased._
Rookie Beaumont Bleu:
I had left MRPD with Vinny Armani to pick up Oliver Weiner who had reported over radio that his cruiser had been stolen at the old mall by a Fall Guy. After we picked Oliver up, we decided to head down towards southside to see if we can spot it. We did end up spotting it and pursued it for a short time before we lost it. We continued to canvas the area when we saw it again pulling into Davis Parking Garage. We followed behind and as we pulled up they were ramming a van into the wall and telling them to get out of the car that they were police. Officers Bleu, Armani and Weiner made contact where a man wearing an orange jump suit jumped out of the driver seat of the stolen scout cruiser and immediately opened fire with a pistol. The passenger got out and ran to the other side of the vehicles where they would then open fire on officers. I believe Weiner went down first, to the initial fire fight and myself and Armani were incapacitated by the passenger with a pistol. That passenger was wearing a blue and purple hoodie with dark pants, and was a white male, was not wearing a mask at the time of the shooting. The Last thing I remember was the man in the purple and blue hoodie grabbed the wounded orange jumpsuit man and said something along the lines of "lets get you out of here Fall Guy" and he attempted to put him in the cruiser, but was locked out. So they then took the original victim's Black Van and left the scene.
Dispatcher Jane Rowley:
I was standing next to Morag Ghoul, who was speaking with Wingman Block afte Officer Weiner had past. Wingman was requesting The Body, and a hellicopter to the top of "Block Tower's". Morag asked the individual how he knew that Officer Weiner passed. and Wingman stated that They called him and told him "You have 10 minutes to identify him before we throw it in the trash." Wingman then asked again for a Helicopter to come pick them up from the Roof of "Block Tower's". A few more sentences were exchanged before The call was ended. But nothing else of Note that I heard.
Dispatcher Linden-Santana:
Officer Weiner had passed away on 5/2/25 during a shooting situation, 30 minutes had pased Morag got a call from someone saying their name was wingman block. Morag put the call on speaker and we heard the call with claims he knew oliver Wiener died. He said wanted to identify the body and was stuck on top of the Banner hotel, recently claimed as block towers. He wanted Tacmed med to pick him up in some manner. Heard another voice on the call saying their name was fall block.
Witnesses to this phone call I can confirm were senior officer Armani, BCSO Deputy Saito, Dispatcher Rowley, and Dispatch lead Linden-Santana
