PROBABLE CAUSE:
After consensual questioning of two criminal informants by Deputy Dexter DeRoche and Attorney General Uriel Whitlock, the BCSO was made aware of cultivation and distribution of cannabis performed by one Ezra Galihai. Furthermore, they disclosed a criminal relationship between Galihai and one infamous weapons manufacturer, "G" who was identified by the CIs as one Christopher Weeds.
BCSO was brought to Ezra's residence, of which is owned by Simone Monroe (15 Roy Lowenstein Boulevard), by the CIs, which had pallets of weed in plain view on the property. After a raid of the property, BCSO was able to find several kilograms of cannabis, multiple seeds, cultivation equipment, multiple illegal firearms, one engraved "G", and multiple illegal weapons attachments. After checking grow spots CIs claimed were used by Galihai, BCSO were able to find two growing cannabis plants in one area, and multiple fridges filled with cultivation equipment on the roof of the IAA Building off Sustancia Road.
During the raid, the BCSO was able to find sale ledgers that contained client codes corresponding with names given by CIs as being associates of Galihai. Of those client codes, "G", and J.A. were main buyers. J.A. lines up with a named buyer: Jamal Allen.
Johnny Bastille, in one the ledgers, is named in full.
