On 7 May 25 Mr Randolph was arrested for Possession of a Firearm with no Serial Number and not having a firearms license. It was also found that he had 2 seeds that where found to be for Marijuana Plants. On 02 May 25 Mr Randolph was arrested with another Firearm with no Serial and a joint ( Report 27517). On 20 APR 25 Mr Randolph was arrested with another Firearm with no Serial and a Joint (Report 26303). On 14 APR 25 Mr Randolph was arrested with another Firearm with No Serial Number
Probable Cause:
LSPD believes that Mr Randolph has shown a pattern of maintaining Illegal Firearms, not only with no serial number but with out a weapons license, as well as maintaining a supply of Marijuana through multiple arrest with it including seeds used to grow Marijuana Plants.
