Ash Li is entering as defense counsel for Mr. Bianchi. I have conferred with Mr. Bianchi and he accepted an agreement where I will enter as first chair pending Mr. Maxwell Tunex becoming available, if he becomes available. If Mr. Tunex becomes available I will surrender first chair to him and accept second chair. This way we can get the ball rolling on subpoenas and Bail. Mr. Bianchi has been well informed of all the reasoning and full circumstances for this.

The State would note that the date listed in the filing was erroneous and was actually meant to be 5/8/25. As such, The State would contend they are not eligible to establish bail until 5/9/25 at 2AM EST. It should also be noted that this requires a formal bail request, which is not something encapsulated by this particular docket filing.
