Findings + Reasoning:

I had an entire ruling concerning what I thought was going to be a well-delivered affirmative defense. Something that was admitted by the Defendant whereas he would go "I did that, but here are the reasons." Instead, in the Defense Counsel's closing, they confirmed that they still desired the burden of proof to be on the State's side. That they believed the Prosecution did not meet the Beyond a Reasonable burden.

Unfortunately for them, their own Client's testimony would have worked significantly better for an affirmative defense. Instead, he's on the stand, stating and being established as an expert, admitting to doing all the crimes alleged by the State. So instead of some well-placed, well thought-out defense, Gov'n Bones, your own Counselors fucked you.

Gov'n Bones will be found guilty of both charges.

Time served is to be granted to Gov'n Bones. We're not sending our highest elected official to prison for a misdemeanor unless he so desires.
