This is a subpoena where I, Deputy Carter Seasons, am requesting the production of phone records for the following individual:

Text Messages: Records of all text message communications, including the date, time, and content of the messages.
AND
Call Records:
Records of all calls, communications, including the date, time, and content of the call.

From: January 1, 2025
To: May 7, 2025
Seasons believes that it is possible this attack was premeditated in nature and that Talon's murder could be solved with evidence and insight obtained from his phone records, specifically surrounding his dealings with his business, Talon Investigations. Perhaps an investigation went awry or a leak occured that caused retaliation from one of his clients. Seasons is seeking text and phone call records of this phone number for investigation into Talon's death.
PROBABLE CAUSE:
Arthur Talon was murdered by stabbing as confirmed in the autopsy found in IR#5247 on 5/7/2025 and Seasons believes more information could be uncovered about his killer via his phone records.
