This is a subpoena where I, SIB Deputy Director Thor Foreman am requesting the production of phone records for the following individual:

Identification: Identification of the owner who possesses the phone number.
Call Records: Records of all calls, communications, including the date, time, and content of the call..
TIME PERIOD COVERED:
From: 18:00 cst
To: 23:00 CST
This time was when the suspect was in communication with agents of the SIB.
PROBABLE CAUSE:
The phone number 555-4238 was used to communicate to under cover SIB agents during a sting op targeting the sale of stolen government equipment, including guns, handcuffs, and other equipment. The suspect, whose identity remains unknown, used this number to coordinate and arrange the sale meeting. At the meeting, AIT Michael Bryant saw the government equipment in the suspects trunk and then attempted to apprehend him. He engaged in a chase and eventually shot at Deputy Director Foreman before escaping. Based on the usage of communication and the government items involved, we have reason to believe the individual is in possession of a substantial amount of equipment, and his identity is requested so a warrant can be placed for his arrest. There is probable cause to believe this number is linked to the individual who escaped from the operation.
