Probable Cause:
Through observance from undercover work, photo evidence, and victim testimony from nearly a dozen different cases over the past week, there is probable cause to believe the Banner Hotel security team is acting with unlawful force to apprehend innocent and unarmed individuals at the hotel, rob them of guns, ammo, and cash, and then stash them away without reporting it to the police. I have witnessed the team, led by Lead Security member William Bungus, take individuals into backrooms, as well as shoot them with Class 2/3 firearms, pistols, or flare guns, followed by robbing them and leaving them without medical assistance. I have victim and witness testimony attached to an investigation dating back for a week in Investigation #5418
MAY 12 INCIDENT: Today, when undercover at the hotel, I witnessed hotel security take La Rana Dicksome out back, shoot him down with a firearm when he had his phone out, let him lie by his car, pour gas on the car, and then shoot the car, making it explode. Tacmed, including former officer Lily Pond, observed the incident and provided a witness statement. I collected casings coming back to an unregistered gun and Dicksome's blood on the scene. After the shooting, members ran into the hotel and disappeared into elevators after robbing him.
With all of these cases including testimony, my testimony, photo evidence, and other supporting evidence, I believe William Bungus is not only acting unlawfully and should be charged with multiple felonies, but also storing away robbed items and firearms from their unlawful apprehensions at the hotel. I would like to search storages in the hotel lobby, along with whatever hotel keys are found on his persons or other security members' person when an arrest operation is scheduled tonight with the SIB alongside LSPD.
