I know the state has already accepted the validity of the initial serving as it was infront of several government employed witnesses, but I just ran into the chief by happenstance. Sebastian Kane As @Magistrate Head Clerk Nym Shaw said, I'm out of commission, but the looking at the calendar, it's more likely that I will be unavailable for the rest of the month of June. If this defaults the case, I'm okay with it as things are out of my hands currently and time is all I can rely on at this point.
