VERDICT: Guilty of Criminal Use of a Firearm
Testimony revealed a most probable reason for the gun shots was an agreed upon duel. No refutation was offered by the defense, both the witnessing police, their reports of Orabelle's testomony during the investigation, and by the defenses own witness who was an officer on scene. Bin Yo Min had Perjured themselves, and thier testimony alone did not bring in enough question or a call of self defense. Since there was no claim from the defense that justified the actions of Ms Winchester, I am finding her guilty. We do not allow consensual duels in our state.
