Thor Foreman, Deputy Director of the SIB, requests the owner or phone number of the Life Invader Account "The Tickler".
Due to the following Probable Cause
Multiple posts documenting their attacks on pedestrians.
One post says, “make sure you aren’t alone or ill getcha!” A picture of an unidentified person in a high-vis vest on the ground of the Adam’s Apple Impound lot is attached. They lay next to a tow truck with a dark gray Vular Ingot on the back.
Another post reads, “youll never catch me” with a picture attached from the account holder’s perspective in the driver’s seat of a white tow truck opposite the Lot Q Impound on Occupation Avenue. It shows another unidentified person on the ground laying in a pool of blood.

In one instance, the account holder stopped and held a tow truck driver at gunpoint, leaving him for local EMS after the encounter where he stated he wanted the tow truck driver to let people know that “the Tickler did it.”

In the other, the account holder pulled his gun on Com. of Positivity Charlotte Fairfield, instructing her to put her hands up and face away. Quickly after, he told her to “tell them that the Tickler did this” if asked. He then stabbed her in the back and drove away.
