Findings + Reasoning:
Guilty on All Charges.
All charges except AMGE were clear; identification was kept, little to no visual contact was broken from any officer at any time, the vehicles did not belong to him, and he did a pickup. He ran on foot.
That being said, the AMGE charge does have probable cause, but the information granted is flimsy. No GSR test to confirm, one officer testimony, no casings/projectiles recovered matching the striations of the pistol found on his person. This is shoddy police work at best. That being said, he was the only one in the area, was reported to be shot by officers, and was treated by TacMed. I do believe this is reasonable that this was the person who fired upon an officer. But just barely.
