Items to be Searched for and Seized:
Unlawful Weaponry and/or Unregistered Firearms
Probable Cause:
On 05/16/2025, Deputy Beans and Bagussey were on routine patrol when they observed a yellow vehicle run a red light without coming to a complete stop. A traffic stop was initiated as the vehicele pulled into the driveway of 35 Jamestown, which is located on Jamestown Street. The driver/ defendant was detained and informed of the reason of the stop. He was identified using his ID. The defendant stated he was about to go to sleep in the house (35 Jamestown). The defendant was wearing Yellow which is the known main color of the Vagos. He has been documented as a Vagos member and has multiple violent felony convictions to include Attempted Murder of a government employee and assault with a deadily weapon. In conjuction with with the location, Jamestown Street, which is known as a high crime area, Deputy Beans frisked the subject and located a firearm bearing SN UCHD1111621852565 which was reported stolen on 05/08/2025 by Jim Jeremy. The defendant was subsequently arrested for the stolen firearm and transported to BCSO South. The defednant provided consent to search all of his owned vehicles and hotel stating, "you wont find shit in there". Deputy Beans conducted searches of those properties and located nothing of evidentiary value. It should be noted that the suspect has been caught with stolen firearms eight times in the last month, the most recent occurence being yesterday, May 15th 2025, in which he was caught with an SNS pistol and a sniper-rifle whilst selling drugs. Since the defendant parked in this driveway. Located at Jamestown Street and was about to enter this house with the intent to go to bed. We believe there is a fair probablity that additional illigal firearms will be located inside the residence based on the totality of the circumstances provided in this probable cause affidavit.
