Update 7/14/25
The Clerks Office will now be partially fulfilling subpoenas moving forward. The following will apply:
- Tickets/Arrest Reports/General Information will be given immediately by the Clerks.
- Investigations will be provided once the AO/Department has been contacted and permit its disclosure. Lawyers will be required to tag the AO/Department for notification purposes.
- HUTs no longer require a subpoena to be submitted. The AO or prosecuting officer is required to turn over evidence to the Lawyer on the case within the 72 hour timeframe. This will be done within the criminal docket itself, so be sure to enter the docket timely.
