This is a subpoena where I, Deputy Carter Seasons, am requesting the production of phone records for the following individual:

From: May 4, 2025
To: May 9, 2025
PROBABLE CAUSE:
Arthur Talon was murdered by stabbing as confirmed in the autopsy found in IR#5247 on 5/7/2025. Deputy Carter Seasons believes, based on witness testimony, texts sent to Arthur's Phone from said number, uncovered in Talon's phone Subpoena (in IR#5247), and a call Seasons placed to said phone number where the respondant identified themselves as "Roxie", that Roxanne Ryder was the individual who used a knife to inflict lethal wounds on Arthur Talon on 5/7/25. The most damning text, sent within 30 minutes of the stabbing, implicates both herself and her husband/fiance, L'Varous Stoneburg, as premeditating this stabbing that caused Arthur's death. Seasons is seeking text and phone call records of this phone number for further evidence to solidify his beliefs.
