Guilty - 1x Evading - Admitted to holding a gun to the driver and telling them to evade, even though the driver pled guilty to evading. So Alh-bert had actively taken part in evading.
Guilty - 1x Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance - Had a joint on him, that's illegal.
Not Guilty - 1x Attempted Mass Murder of a Government Employee - There were 3 total Ranger Vehicles involved in the chase. We heard testimony from Rangers in Vehicle 1 stating their vehicle was shot at, didn't hear from the second vehicle. Still, the defendant did testify to shooting a tire on 2 different vehicles. The 3rd vehicle testified to having 3 Rangers in it and that they were not in range of danger of the shooting. One unit has 2 occupants, the 2nd has 2, and the 3rd has 3. Out of the vehicles that were shot at 2+2 = 4, which does NOT meet the requirement of our Attempted Mass Murder of a Gov. Employee.
