Not Guilty - 1x Failure to Obey a Lawful Order
The Voting Booth was open at this time and since Mr. Porkins is a felon he was told to leave the area. He was then found incapacitated on Roxwood in a scuba suit and was being charged with Failure to Obey a Lawful Order. The Rangers were originally told about this Lawful Order on radio by a Deputy, but that Deputy was not in court to testify about this so it was hearsay. He was not actually found near the area where LEO's are currently staged, and it was unclear during the trial where the checkpoints actually were. We also could not confirm what the defendants intentions were so I will find them Not Guilty.
However, I am hereby giving a Court Order that Billy Porkins is to stay off of and away from Roxwood Island for 48 hours to ensure we do not have any interruptions to our great deomacratic voting process and there can be no confusion of any orders given to Mr. Porkins during this time.
