On May 14, 2025 Michel Dubois, at Eclipse Bank, pulled a gun out and held up Officer Kent. He then began to rob him, taking a service pistol, shackles, a checkbook, and an LSPD vest. Officer Kent positively identified Dubois by looking at his maskless face and cross referencing it with his mug shot. Then on May 17, 2025 Michel Dubois robbed Deputy Donnie Fontaine on Davis Ave. near Grove Street, taking his Heavy Pistol and Service shotgun. Deputy Fontaine identified Dubois by recognizing his face and due to the prison jumpsuit belonging to Michel Dubois, which was located in the vehicle Dubois fled from cops in after robbing Fontaine.
Michel Dubois gave Deputy Fontaine consent to search his properties, this was witnessed by Deputy Hailey Adler. Due to unforeseen circumstances out of everyone's control, Dubois is no longer in police custody.

Evidence List:
Deputy Fontaine’s Statement - Taken from Investigation #5605
Fontaine pulled over a man later to be identified as Michel Dubois in a stolen white in color Oscelot SB Davis Ave near Grove St. Fontaine requested the driver, Dubois' driver's license. Instead Dubois ruffled around his pockets making it appear he was searching for his license and pulled a knife. Mr. Dubois exitted the vehicle with knife in hand an held Fontaine up. Mr. Dubois robbed Fontaine of both his Heavy Pistol and Service shotgun before fleeing in the Oscelot Southbound. Deputies searched the area and located the now vacated Oscelot. The Oscelot was inventoried and towed. Inside the Oscelot a prison jumpsuit belonging to Michel Dubois was located. The mugshot of Mr. Dubois matches the man who robbed Fontaine.
The following day, Fontaine apprehended Mr. Dubois in an unrelated OIS. Mr. Dubois spontaneously uttered to Fontaine "Oh yeah, I forgot I left that in there." reffering to the jumpsuit with his name on it.
Officer Thomas Kent’s Statement - Taken from Warrant #943
(311) Thomas Kent arrived to the Eclipse Bank after getting a ping of Michel Dubois (110260) using an ATM there. There was a blue in colored, 4 door sedan parked out front. As (311) Kent approached, a man walked out, and as he was told to hold up, he pulled a gun out and held (311) Kent up. He then began to rob him, taking a service pistol, shackles, a checkbook, and an LSPD vest.
The man did not have a mask on, and (311) Kent got a good look at his face. Upon checking his profile, (311) Kent could positively identify the man as Michel Dubois (110260).
